What do the New England states and the Eastern Canadian provinces have in common? In addition to geography, culture and climate, there are energy, environmental and other issues that could bring us closer together or drive us apart. Outside the meeting at the Hilton Hotel, citizens from Vermont and all over New England will be expressing their concerns about the Trailbreaker pipeline project.
