That’s not stopping this flip-flopping “Republican in Name Only” from talking, but the man who once praised the individual health insurance mandate as “essential for bringing health care costs down for everyone and getting everybody the health insurance they deserve and need” is clearly not on solid ground as it relates to this issue. Nor is Romney on solid ground when it comes to cutting government … another reason we’re not supporting his 2012 presidential bid.
Where could Romney pick up a few (non-hypocritical) points?
Keystone XL – a 1,700-mile oil pipeline that the administration of Barack Obama is currently blocking (over the objection of former president Bill Clinton, among others). Romney has vowed to “green light” Keystone on his first day in office, and based on the results of a recent Washington Post/ ABC News poll he’ll have plenty of public support for such a policy.
