Trailbreaker was originally proposed in 2008 but scraped a year later when Enbridge decided the economy was in tatters. In August of 2011 the project was resurrected.
At risk in New Hampshire is the Connecticut River, forests, farmland, tourism, soil, water, and air. Sound familiar?
As we come to understand the project more, we will update here. Hands Across New Hampshire will merge opposition to Trailbreaker and Northern Pass in one action, the one already planned for September 1st.
